Changing paths

Railway lines running fast

While we were inside the train,

Railway lines lays still

While we are out here looking at it

Thinking to ourselves,

Which train we’ll board and

I can see us changing paths!

I remember you running behind me

Lending me your hands, and

I rescued you from under the tracks.

It was a long journey from there to here

Then the trees ran fast,

Faster than our thoughts and now

I can see us changing paths.

.

So which train will you take

The one on the right or the

One on your left, just realise it

Before it’s too late, for,

Your luggages are still inside my chest

Just say those words and I’ll unload them now

Because I think we are changing paths!
