How are you all ?

Hi guys,

How are you all doing? How your 2018? And how is 2019 treating you?

My 2018 was actually very good. It was fun, I had some good times, something very wonderful time. But 2019 has not been so nice. What 2019 taught me so far is that you can’t be happy always. And that you don’t need a reason to be sad, it just happens. Holding up through sadness is hard but holding up makes you strong and it teaches you things and I hope I am learning the right lessons. I have so many poems in draft and I don’t feels like posting them or completing the poems I have half written.

So while going through all this the only thing that’s going through my mind is that, if someone else is going through the same I would love to help them too. It’s tough this is tough but it’s a phase we all go through isn’t it. So tell me guys how are you ? And is there something you all want to share then the comment box is all open for you? Comment the happy and the sad things you have encountered this 2019. Let’s share our happiness and sadness and help and love each other.

With lots of love

      1. I am glad to hear that you are okay. And getting a little lost sometimes is good. It actually helps us in understanding ourselves a bit more. Alhamdulillah, the year has treated me well so far.. Insha’Allah it will be good to me further too. Take care.

  1. True.
You don’t need reason to be sad but to be happy you’ve gotta find thousands of them.
Yeah, holding up sadness teaches you to be strong and you learn to fight your own fight.

It’s a tough phase ,I’m still confused and it scares me.
But I think we’re stronger than it, Adithya.
    We’ll get pass it.๐Ÿ˜Ž

    Take care!
Your tomorrow will always be brighter than today.

  2. May have have happy and peaceful days ahead dear Aditya ๐Ÿ˜Š Sometimes, things go smoothly, whereas sometimes we have to face tough things. Understanding both of these as just temporary phases in life, keep faith in lord, then you will get strength from lord to stay calm in both good and tough times ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ•Šโค

  4. Awwww Adi, i wish I could hug you.
I was feeling the same 2 days ago, for no particular reason.
I believe that we have to feel sadness and restrictions to feel happiness and freedom afterwards.
I’m sorry that you feel that way, it is very depressing, all seem to have lost taste and beauty. Be strong girl, it will pass, unless there is a real reason behind this sadness. You’ll see 2019 will be better than 2018, more laughter, more joys, more fun, you just have to wait for the right moment

  5. Isn’t this what’s life dear?
Some sad days and then some happy ones but the dilemma is that gloomy days feel like forever!
Always keep in mind, “This too shall pass!”
    Sending love and blessings xx

  6. For me 2018 was a good year, although it was at the same time a fairly difficult year. I had a lot of thoughts going through my mind, and to be honest I was depressed almost everyday at one point, I even often cried to sleep, without much reason.
Nevertheless I think it was still a good year for me, and 2019 has been an even greater year so far. I haven’t completely gotten over my depressing thoughts, there are still times when I feel sad at the smallest things. But I believe this year is a year of blessings and I have started to take notice of all the good things that’s happened to me, even (or especially) if they’re small. I’m trying to see and appreciate the ways my family and friends or even acquaintances love/help me, trying to see things that I couldn’t or refused to see before, and so far I think 2019 has been a very great year indeed!
I don’t know what you are going through, you may be having a much tougher time than me, and it isn’t something that can be resolved simply by saying “be positive” or “it’ll be alright”. But I do hope you can see the love everyone has for you! Even for us on this website, even if we can’t be by your side physically or help you with your problems, everyone is expressing their love and concern for you in their own ways. For my part, I have always loved the poems you write!
I believe this is a year of blessings and you’ll be blessed greatly too!
(Sorry for the long chunks of words hahaha)

  7. I’m feeling the same as you these last couple of months. Happy one day then suddenly sad for no reason at all. It’s tough but had become part of my reality as you are probably to aware yourself… We cope the best we can & how for more good days ๐Ÿ˜Œ

  8. Hi, I hope you are doing well. We all have our moments and phases in life where we are sad, not quite feeling like ourself. God will help you through it.
